Here is a list of a 100 accomplishments I’ve learned how to be proud of.

  • I made it out of school alive even though I didn’t like it.
  • I’ve learned how to learn, outside of the classroom.
  • I’ve only drank alcohol in triumph, never in sadness.
  • I’ve made it to 27, healthy, and without any major regrets.

What are the best things you have learned from your life?

1. Repeating it again, Lost weight, Around 20-22 kgs, became healthier. 2. Survived a terrible break up, emerged out stronger. 3. learnt to deal with people, stand up for myself when required. 4. Haven’t gone a single day without any sort of workout since the past 3 years of my life. 5. Learnt how to love myself with all my imperfections.

Is it easy to break into real life?

Getting that first break into real life isn’t easy. And once you’re in a workplace, accepting the fact that you’re not a student anymore and you have to learn how to do things and then do them on your own isn’t easy either.

What do you do to keep yourself active and active?

Meditation, High-Intensity Workout, Yoga, long bush walks and swimming keeps me active and going, I do indulge myself in tennis as well once in a while. These activities keep me strong, fit and calm, meditation is essential for stress-free life to concentrate on achieving my short term and long term goals.
