Bleach always turns red pink. Red is the hardest to strip out of the hair & will always turn red pink. You needed to do some bleach in foil hilights first, apply the red then rinse the red out throughly with the foils still in, shampoo the red & rinse again b4 removing the foils ( stops it from bleeding).
