How is Abomination still alive?

Based on the information we have from the TV series and one-shots, as well as the recent media information (see below), we know for certain that Emil Blonsky, a.k.a. Abomination is alive in the MCU and that he is held captive by the military in Alaska, in a top-secret cryo-cell.

Where is Abomination now?
