Overall as per me MPHASIS is very good company. I have worked in Mphasis, for a year. This is not even a proper IT company, because most of its revenue comes from BPO sector, so they don’t much focus on increasing IT practices or outsourcing.

Here your work life balance is too good. You can enjoy your life, complete work from home is plus. Before corona also wfh was permanent.if you’re joining mphasis then in starting itself negotiate your ctc well. They pay very good. Work from home, free tea coffee milk.

The take home salary which you can expect over there would be around 12,000 if you’re into BPO.if you get hired you would be working night shifts and there is no night shift allowance over there. What needs improvement with Mphasis management?
Management really need to work on improving this. Salary hike percentage is very low as compared to market standards which has been further impacted by COVID. If Mphasis is not able to provide appropriate and competitive hikes and compensations to its employees, it will continue to lose hard-working and dedicated employees.
