Should I buy a scribble pad for the JEE Advanced?
Specially the paper. The scribble pad would be big enough or would have sufficient pages to let you do all the rough work that you need to do for the paper. Also, JEE Advanced is more of logic and deep thinking than lengthy calculations. So space crunch shouldn’t come into picture.
How many sides are there in a scribble pad?
There will be 30 sheets (60 sides) and believe me you can solve entire paper 1 and paper 2 in a single scribble pad. P.S. you will be given a new scribble pad at the beginning of each paper i.e. paper 1 and paper 2. And do carry a pen (no need of pencil as it has more than enough space) with you as they wont provide any pen.
What is the difference between JEE Advanced and JEE Mains?
JEE Advanced is different from JEE Mains. Lemme give you an example, JEE Advanced 2014 topper Chitraang Murdia was from my Coaching (Though he was in the star batch). He always used to get 1st rank in Coaching JEE Advanced tests and the 2nd rank guy was always more than 10\% behind than him.
