Iron Man has beaten Spider-Man. Overall I would give the edge to Iron Man. Since he is wrapped in a big metal suit and has a wider range of weapons to deploy he should have the edge against Spider-Man. He has neutralized his Spider-Sense once and even imitated it as well.
