Why didnt Theoden kill Grima?
Eomer states that he had not already killed Grima because of “the law of the Hall” but the King is Justice and it was a impolitic act for Aragorn to interfer with the King’s decision to kill Grima – as Theoden reminds Aragorn later, he is King in Rohan!
