Unfortunately, you cannot see who viewed your Instagram highlights after 24 hours. If you added an old story (that has already disappeared) to your highlights, who won’t be able to see who viewed it.

If they posted the original story more than 24 hours prior, and then put the story in their highlights, they cannot see who specifically viewed their highlight.
