Can I upload an accepted paper to arXiv?

We cannot prevent an author to upload her/his paper to Arxiv. However, because of the double-blind process applied in Communication Letters, we don’t encourage it. There is only one restriction: Your paper should stand alone without any supplementary material and/or reference to an ArXiv post.

What happens after a paper is accepted?

Can an article rejected after acceptance?

In other words, the acceptance decision should be made with pages in mind. While it is reasonable to reject a paper up front due to lack of space, backlog of similar papers, etc, it is not reasonable to do this once the paper has been accepted for publication.

Can a paper be accepted without revisions?

Accepting without revisions happens very rarely. I would estimate it is some 5\% of eventually published papers. It is too small of a number to really consider. In the best journal in my field, they have accepted just 2 papers without revision in almost 30 years (~300 papers a year is typical for this journal).
