Does Exam net know if you cheat?
This means that during and after an exam, we are able inform the teacher about suspected cheating. Our goal is that it should be difficult to cheat on Exam.net and virtually impossible to cheat without leaving digital footprints that can be detected during, or after, the exam.
Can split screen be detected?
It cannot tell that you specifically split screen. It can however monitor that you clicked away from the window or to another tab. However, the same log item is caused if the student is inactive for 30 seconds with no discrepancy.
Can you open another tab while using Exam net?
Yes they can. There is a feature that lets them see if you open any new tab that is not the allowed tab. I know this because I did an exam on chrome once and whenever I opened a new tab, it appeared a warning text telling me that I can only have the exam tab open.
Can Net Exam detect phone?
Net on your phone while Cheating on your phone. But if is this, then yes you will get detected.
Can online tests detect screen sharing?
The online proctoring software checks the examinee’s authenticity and eliminates suspicious behavior during the exam. Even before the exam starts, the software ensures that the candidate is sharing a screen with video and audio recording. Only after proctors have authenticated their identities that the test commences.
Can Exam Net hear you?
During the exam, Exam.net restricts and monitors the student’s device, while the video conference service monitors the student’s location (video and audio). This feature is easily enabled by the teacher in the exam settings. Please see more details on remote examinations.
Can you take screenshots on Exam net?
The process that is not allowed to run is called screen capture. It’s started when you try to record the screen or take a screenshot, but it sounds like it may have crashed and keeps running on this device.
Can professors see if you switch tabs while taking online tests?
This is the reason why online tests need to tell if you switch tabs. The proctoring software may restrict the action or flag the action. The answer is yes. Your professors will be able to see if you opened other tabs while taking the online test.
Complete screen-sharing of the students’ phones should be possible (logically) but I don’t know whether/how it can be done with the present available settings. Please consult a software expert. Also, Zoom, in general, works with split screen.

“Will the admin/teacher notified if a student opens a new window or tab during a quiz?” So from the previous discussions, I learned that a Teacher may receive emails if a student opens a new window or tab during a quiz in a locked Google Form provided the student uses an educational domain Email-ID.
