Has Trintellix helped anyone?

It has helped with anxiety and depression. Not totally gone but much improved. I have taken Effexor in the past but gained a lot of weight. I have lost 20 lbs since starting Trintellix (not because of the drug, I’ve been working at it! but so pleased I haven’t gained more weight).
