How do you cancel an Unacademy course?

Before you proceed, we’d like to inform you that we have a strict No Cancellation/No Refund policy….If you are using the Unacademy app:

1. Go to the ME tab at the bottom-right side of the app.
2. Tap on Help & Support.
3. Select the Chat with us option to begin your conversation.

How do you delete a Unacademy goal?

When you open the educator app, select courses, then select the course you want to edit. Then on the top right corner there is an option menu just like three vertical dots. When you select it, you get the option to edit your course or lessons.

How do I change my Unacademy number?

To change your mobile number or email on the Unacademy website, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. On the top right section of the website, click on your Account.
2. Click on Settings>Account.
3. Click on Edit phone number/Edit email.
4. Verify the same with the OTP sent to the updated mobile number/email.

If you still wish to change your learning preferences, follow these steps:

1. On the Unacademy App, go to the ME tab at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
2. At the top of the screen, you will see your subscribed goal along with a Manage button.
3. Tap on the Manage button.

When will my course go live on Unacademy?

As soon as your course is complete, you can message on the Unacademy app and after quality checks, our team will make the course live and then you can share the link on various social media platform for maximum reach. If your course has 20 or more lessons, we can make live when more than half the lessons are recorded.

Is it possible to create courses on Unacademy as an educator?

No, that will not be possible. The only way you can create educational courses on Unacademy platform is through Unacademy Educator App. There is no other way. What are the reasons for which an educator will make courses on Unacademy?

What is the duration of an Unacademy lesson?

A lesson is an educational video created only using our Unacademy Educator App. The usual duration is between 8-15 minutes. What is the maximum duration of an Unacademy Lesson?

Where can I download the Unacademy educator app?

The iOS version of the Educator App is available on the App Store. The link for iOS devices: https://unacademy.slack.com/files/U46A72GBW/F7EAGV2RY/.png The app is not available for Windows devices. Can we create the lessons using our laptop/desktop/PCs? The Unacademy Educator App is not available for these devices.
