TH9- it will take around 8 months if you builders dont go to sleep until all defence buildings are maxed out, at last you will have 2 builder continuously upgrading the heroes. TH10- 6 months apx. to be completely maxed out as the heroes have to be updated to 10 more levels only. TH11- Another 6 months.
