Yes. BGV is must. Yes background check is mandatory for HCl employees it will take around 15-20 days.

Third Party Referral- if you are attending the interview through third party vendor then the offer letter will come within 15days.

It will take from 7–15 days. It is depend upon your BGV and Salary discu ssion.HR called you about the same.After cleared all of these they will release your offer letter. It will takes 15 to 30 days . Some times they will release early as project requirements.

HCL has a proper verification process it start from scanning all the documents you have uploaded into the portal that is a primilinary verification they look whether the correct document you have uploaded or not. Once you did that notification for uploading documents stops.

What is the interview process like at dhhcl Chennai?

HCL is poor in terms of candidate interview/Joining process. Dont waste time in going interview to that company… Just sharing my experience happened on 6th April 2019. Its a walkin at chennai and the requirement is 30 – 50 however morethan 250+ candidates turned up and the entire cafeteria is fully packed.
