BM Sharma is pretty much the same for theory, but felt more reader friendly with illustrations that are well mixed. If you want well explained theroy but also concise (unlike Halliday Resnick or HC Verma) then BM Sharma is better. It is said BM Sharma is tougher than DC Pandey.
