Should you run it once or twice in poker?
There are some myths out there that running it twice, thrice, or once, may be best depending on the type of hands that we have. The truth is that it makes no difference in terms of expectation. The long run result will be the same whether we run it once or five times.
What is run it twice in poker cash games?
In some cash games, if a player is all in before the river has been dealt, the players involved can agree to “run it twice” which means dealing the remaining streets two times, with half the pot in each instance going to the player making the best hand.
Why do poker players run it 3 times?
