How to report a missing item (DoorDash app)
- Tap Orders, then select the order.
- Tap Help in the upper corner of the order page.
- Under Order Issues, select Missing Items. Tap the items that were missing.
- Add any relevant info in the Details section.
- Finally, tap Submit.

The Dasher should have known to contact support – however, the Dasher would have been unable due to already completing the order. As a customer, there should be the ability to contact support through the app (I have had customers need to do this before).
