What is the termination process in CA Articleship?
In order to take the transfer, the candidate has to fill Form 109 issued by ICAI for the termination of articleship. The termination letter is required to be submitted to the ICAI apart from the articleship training report as specified in the training guide.
Can Article take transfer in 2nd year?
Yes, you can take transfer in article ship, for this you will take prior approval from Institute, thereafter you will file Form-109. I. Transfer /termination of articles is permitted without any restriction during the first year of articles.
