What should I do when no one trust me?
Tell others if you believe they have broken trust. Allow them to fix things and accept their apologies. Holding on to that wrong can really weigh you down. Being able to forgive is often more for you than the person you are forgiving and can help continue to build trust between you and your colleagues.
Is it OK to not trust anyone?

Because when they don’t trust you, they don’t expect anything from you and as a result you are free from any moral obligation towards them, which implies you are FREE!!! (in all sense of the word) But of course, it doesn’t mean that you are free from your own conscience.
Do leaders want to be trusted?
Leaders want to be trusted as much as followers want to be trusted. Parents want to be trusted as much as kids want to be trusted. But the key point many of us miss is that trust is reciprocal. If I do not trust my people, my people will not trust me.

No one should trust a person who does not return texts, emails, calls. If you do not check your voicemail regularly then state that in your voicemail message. When someone states an idea or project aloud to others it should not be to sound more progressive or ambitious.
