There should be education, housing, healthcare for all. There should be better treatment of animals. There should be more openness towards ideas that conflict our own. We should end global warming, crime, war, racism, terrorism, cancer, pollution, poverty, climate change and more.

believe in being open minded i.e words learn something new everyday. Have a positive atittude. Influence people positively because that is Leadership. Be creative, analyze situations, turn issues & risks into opportunities, and ownership.
What could you have done better meaning?
It means that there you had the possibility to do something in the past, but it did not happen. And that meaning fits all your examples: You could have done better on your exam. -> you had the possibility to do better (but you did not).

To Get Different Results, You Must Do Things Differently. If you keep doing things the way you’ve been doing them, you’re just going to get the same results. “ Every next level of your life will demand a different you ,” Leonardo Dicaprio once said — he’s right.
How can doing something different Change Your Life?
In doing something different, you might find that you also start to BE different – with yourself and with the people around you. You might notice that the people around you notice a difference in you and start to change as well. I know one woman, a married mother of four kids, with her own hair salon, who felt like she was always drained.

You know the old saying: “ Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results .” And most people are still doing the same things over and over again, expecting different results.
