“School Days” is a joke anime. That it is often ranked as one of the worst anime of all time is because viewers either don’t get that it is a joke, or feel like the joke is being played on them. “School Days” is the story of Makoto, who tries to deal five girls at once and ends up with the worst possible outcome.
